Meet Lizz,

A wife, a mama of two and a business owner, better known as a “mompreneur”. If there is one word to describe her it would be dedicated. She took the opportunity as becoming a Medical Aesthetician as a way to achieve her dreams, engage in new experiences and gain a deeper sense of who she is. The career of helping people look and feel beautiful was always in her best interest. She believes it is extremely important to focus on both internal and external health. Her passion for aesthetics and holistic healing keeps her devoted to her clients and career. Countless hours are spent curating the most effective treatments and expanding her knowledge. So here she is, growing her business alongside her family and changing the way you perceive the home based beauty industry.

Her regimen

  • IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT
    Clients under the age of 18 must have parental consent.
  • DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT
    A $50.00 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve all appointments. Should you have to cancel your scheduled appointment please notify 48 hours in advance. This allows Nfuzd to accommodate and beautify other clients. Your deposit will be credited to your file and put toward any future appointments. Should you cancel in less than 48 hours, your deposit will be lost. In the event of a "no show", you will be charged 50% of your service and will not be able to re-book until its paid in full.
  • HOW DOES THE REFERRAL PROGRAM WORK?
    KEEPING TRACK On the client history form that is completed for every new client, you will see a space provided which reads “Referred by". In order to pay it forward as a thank you, a first and last name must be provided or can also be added at the time of checkout. REDEMPTION The system keeps track of the referral program so your $20 credit will be saved on file until you’d like to redeem. DIDN'T GET THE CREDIT? It is possible the person you referred didn’t provide your name on their client history form or mention it at checkout. In this case, the only thing you can do to receive your $20 credit is to have your referral reach out. DO CREDITS EXPIRE? No, the credits never expire. You can use them at any time! There is no limit to how many people you can refer, however there is a limit as to how many credits you can use per appointment. The $20 credit is limited to one time per use and can be redeemed for a service. Credits are not redeemable on products and only valid towards full priced treatments. The credit cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount. MORE THAN ONE PERSON REFERRD ME, WHAT DO I DO? You can only chose one person, so it’s up to you who should take credit for it.
  • DO I NEED TO CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT
    Nfuzd MedSpa is operated by an automatic scheduling system. All clients will be sent an automatic confirmation e-mail or text message prior to your scheduled appointment, please confirm. If left unconfirmed your appointment will have to be rescheduled.
  • WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED
    Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Interac are accepted. Gratuities are not included in the service price. Taxes are only applied to products at this time.
  • DO YOU SELL GIFTCARDS
    Yes! Indulge yourself, your mom, sister, bestie, boss, co-worker, or loved one with some pampering. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase products, gift cards or discounted packages/promotions. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen so please keep them safe.   • CAN I VISIT IF I AM PREGNANT
    Please consult your physician as to the safety of services provided prior to booking. Due to increased sensitivity and various hormonal changes during pregnancy, there are some treatment contraindications and special precautions for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers. An additional consent form must be signed to proceed for all pregnant and breastfeeding guests. Due to manufacturers instruction, exfoliating treatments are contraindicated during pregnancy due the risk of pigmentation, as the skin could react in an unexpected manner making the condition worse. However, Nfuzd MedSpa does provide pregnancy safe treatments and products. It is your full responsibility to advise if you are pregnant or breastfeeding prior to treatment.
  • WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY
    All products purchased at Nfuzd Beauty + Healing, online or in studio are final sale. All treatments are not refundable or transferable. Packages are non-refundable once it has been purchased. Please note that Nfuzd will apply a credit of equal value on file that does not expire.
  • WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES
    Orders over $149 CAD receive Free Shipping Canada-Wide. Orders shipping within Canada that are under $149 CAD have a $12 CAD flat rate shipping charge. See the shop policy for full details.
  • WHAT IF I ARRIVE LATE
    Time is precious. It is asked that you please arrive on time for your appointments with minimal to no makeup in order to take advantage of all the time being used to treat your skin. If you are running late, we may need to shorten or cancel your treatment and your deposit may be lost.
  • WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT OR DON'T SHOW UP
    CANCELLATION Should you have to cancel your scheduled appointment please notify 24 hours in advance. This allows Nfuzd to accommodate and beautify other clients. A cancellation in less than 24 hours, your deposit will be lost. NO SHOW In the event of a "no show", you will be charged 50% of your service and will not be able to re-book until its paid in full.
  • PRE / POST CARE
    CONTRAINIDICATIONS Skin Conditions (Active Eczema, Dermatitis, Psoriasis) Cuts/Abrasions/Bruises/Swelling /Undiagnosed Lumps Sunburn, Keloid scarring, Accutane use within 12 months Facial surgery within 8 weeks, Collagen injections within 3 weeks Electrolysis within 7 days, Cold sores (may cause breakout) Hair chemical within 7 days, Pregnant or breastfeeding Waxing within 2 weeks, Discontinue Retinol’s/ Retinoids 7 days prior Please advise if you have any medical conditions, or are pregnant/breastfeeding. POST CARE Follow advised home care regimen Avoid washing face for 12 hours Avoid applying make-up post facial Avoid any excessive sweating Change of pillow case before bed SPF daily
